 1. Don't use ping command to find root cause of connection issues
 2. Verify if communication between Guest and OVS is working without any issues
 3. Use tcpdump to help investigation
 4. Is config properly setup?
 5. Is Guest traffic lost after migration?
 6. H/W Limitation, Switch Config issues
 7. Firewall in middle
 8. Network connection works but gets lots of timeouts/drops or its simply slow
