Setting "nofiles" for User Oracle During an Oracle Database Install does not Work on Oracle Linux 7 (Doc ID 2204560.1)

Trying to setup a Database on Oracle Linux 7 , While we are trying to setup the nofile , nproc stacj and memlock value for user oracle the ulimit output is display an incorrect information .

Environment :

1- Local User Oracle (Only)

2- Ldap user (All other users)

3- New value for kernel parameter are set on /etc/security/limits.d/99-oracle-rdbms-server-12cR1-preinstall.conf

4- Other Kernel Parameter are set on /etc/sysctl.conf
