Add storage into access group failed with 'Workflow operation Unsuccessful' (Doc ID 2214478.1)

2 ZS3-2 storage controllers named st01 and st02 with active-active configuration.
Oracle VM manager doesn't know that its an active-active configuration and tries to add the initiator to the OVM-Servers access group both storage
controllers. Once added to the first controller (st01), its replicated to the second (st02) due to the clustering functionality, and when OVMM then tries
to add the initiator to the second controller (st02) the action fails since st02 already has it in the access group.
