Symptoms

The /var/log/messages is capturing the 'qla2xxx' failure errors continuously . And sometimes you will see these "RISC paused Dumping firmware" errors.
That means HBA card generates an interrupt whenever it needs action taken. The driver checks the HBA host status register to see if the card (RISC processor) is still running Or not.
