What Does "Overhead" Mean in OVM Manager 3.2 Console -> "Health" -> "Servers and VMs Statistics" Tab (Doc ID 2222828.1)

Symptoms

In OVM Manager console -> "Health" -> "Servers and VMs Statistics" Tab, if you select server pool in the left panel, you can see the performance statistics report for OVM Servers.  Under Memory(GiB) parent column, there is a child column called "Overhead",  this name might arise concerns about "overhead issues" on OVM Servers.
