[PCA 2.x / OVM] OCFS2 Errors are Reported from LUN which has been Removed from Storage Server (Doc ID 2223884.1)

Symptoms

On Oracle VM and Oracle Private Cloud Appliance, multiple OCFS2 errors are being reported in the Compute Node's console - These errors are being reported for a LUN which has been formerly deleted from the storage.

This can possibly lead to the node hanging and requiring a restart.
