[PCA 2.x] OVM Manager GUI Shows Blank Console (Doc ID 2224105.1)

Symptoms

After a successful login to the PCA/OVM manager console the page goes blank. Note that the OVM Manager blank console can also occur even before the login screen appears.

A review of the manager log shows ONF errors in the AdminServer.log
