On Oracle Private Cloud Appliance, due to product limitations in Oracle VM release 3.2, there may be Object Not Found Exceptions being recorded on the AdminServer.log of the Active Management Node.
The original corruption when looking at history of the problem starts with a corruption of an object during a ServerDiscoverScanEventProxy event.

Additional symptoms may include a blank console and/or the VM Manager Graphical User Interface being slow or unresponsive.
