SFTP Ignores Groups Permissions on 'chrooted' Configurations after OpenSSH Update (Doc ID 2225337.1)

After upgrading  OpenSSH version to  openssh-6.6.1p1-31.el7.x86_64   in Oracle Linux 7  the   secondary user groups may get a Permission denied error when trying to access through SFTP and 'chrooted' environments.
