Symptoms

After upgrading the operating system from a UEK3 kernel ( 3.8.13-118.6.1.el6uek.x86_64 ) to a UEK4 kernel ( 4.1.12-61.1.17.el6uek.x86_64 ), processes consume more CPU cycles.
