LUN is not Visible in Oracle VM Server after Rescan

Applies to:Oracle VM - Version 3.3.1 to 3.4.2 [Release OVM33 to OVM34]
On : 3.4.1 version, Oracle VM Server
A new LUN was presented to the server from the SAN but even after a storage rescan it is not visible from server CLI, nor from OVM manager GUI.
No relevant error in the syslog.
