SSH login using LDAP authentication fails after Exadata Upgrade to 12.2.1.1.0 (Doc ID 2251829.1)

Symptoms

An Exadata environment already successfully configured to use LDAP authentication is upgraded to image version 12.2.1.1.0, after which users can no longer ssh into Exadata servers.

 

Changes

 Exadata servers were recently upgraded to Exadata image version 12.2.1.1.0.
