Virtual Machine Panics during Boot after a P2V Migration (Doc ID 2254454.1)

Oracle VM - Version 3.3.1 and later
Linux OS - Version Oracle Linux 5.1 and later
Linux x86-64

Symptoms

After a migration from physical host to virtual server using p2v utility the VM is not booting up and  this is panic'ing.  This can also be observed on physical servers running Oracle Linux, this solution will also work.

 This is the call trace gotten from this problem.

Conversion from  physical to virtual using the p2v utility.
