[PCA 2.x] Reprovision Compute Node Fails with "OfmError: A profile for the server ovcacnxxr1 does not exist" (Doc ID 2256506.1)

When attempting to reprovision a compute node, the /var/log/ovca.log of the active management node shows an OfmError similar to the following one :

The problem is clear in the error above - A profile does not exist for the server.
