[ PCA / OVM ] Inability to Log on using the 'weblogic' account after using ovm_admin --modifyuser (Doc ID 2258242.1)

Private Cloud Appliance - Version 1.0.1 and later
Oracle VM - Version 3.0.1 and later
Linux x86-64

Symptoms

 On Oracle VM and Oracle Private Cloud Appliance, cannot login to the Weblogic console after resetting the password for the OVM Manager admin userid.

Foe example:

 Attempts to log in to the Weblogic console subsequently fail

Changes

 Change the password for the admin userid
