[PCA 2.x / OVM] Different Number of Virtual Machines is reported on the VM Manager and in the monitored_vms Database of the ovs-agent (Doc ID 2261710.1)

Symptoms

On Oracle Private Cloud Appliance and Oracle VM, when dumping the list of virtual machines recorded in the monitored_vms database on a compute node / VM Server, there are less VMs than the list reported in the VM Manager Graphical User Interface.

A command similar to the following one can be used to dump the monitored_vms database :

 This command reports a list of VMs unique identifiers associated with the repository they belong to.
