[PCA 2.x] Provisioning Compute Node Fails at initializing_stage_wait_for_ovm (Doc ID 2264203.1)

Symptoms

On Oracle Private Cloud Appliance, when either trying to provision or to reprovision a compute node, the provisioning process succeeds the early stages like the installation of the Hardware Management Pack, then reboots to PXE boot on OVM.
