Private Cloud Appliance - Version 1.0.1 and later
Oracle VM - Version 3.0.1 and later
Oracle Cloud Infrastructure - Version N/A and later
Linux x86-64

Symptoms

On Oracle Private Cloud Appliance (PCA) and Oracle VM (OVM), it should be possible to move, delete or edit a Virtual Machine at any time.

However it possible that a Compute Node / OVM Server (OVS) or the Unassigned folder has a virtual machine which prevents such operations due to a lock.
