[Oracle Linux 7.x] How to Modify GRUB2 Arguments (Doc ID 2271901.1)

Goal

In Oracle Linux 7.x, GRUB2 is the default boot loader, the configurations and settings are very different with the GRUB in Oracle Linux 5.x/6.x

Modify /boot/grub.cfg manually by vi is not recommended.
