Information in this document applies to any platform.
While trying to establish a connection to any point outside the network through port 443 the connection it times out.
There are no reported network issues on the server.
From the OS it is observed that the connection to port 443 is established, however when it reaches the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) the connection is blocked.
