Goal

 On : Oracle Linux 6.9 with Unbreakable Enterprise Kernel [2.6.39] version, Performance Tuning

We see below messages in system logs:

kernel: [1316705.380992] perf interrupt took too long (20243 > 17857), lowering kernel.perf_event_max_sample_rate to 7000
kernel: [1317995.167632] perf interrupt took too long (35935 > 31250), lowering kernel.perf_event_max_sample_rate to 4000
kernel: [1324020.246308] perf interrupt took too long (62931 > 62500), lowering kernel.perf_event_max_sample_rate to 2000
