[PCA 2.x] Pre-upgrade Check Reports "[ONF Check] FAILED" whereas Management Nodes Appear to be Healthy

Symptoms
On Private Cloud Appliance, when running the pre-upgrade checks for a 2.3.X upgrade, the following check is marked as failed in the log files :
- [ONF Check] FAILED: The check failed on the following management nodes: ['ovcamn06r1', 'ovcamn05r1'].
However, usual symptoms of ObjectNotFoundExceptions being reported in AdminServer.log such as a white screen after attempting to log on to the VM Manager is not witnessed.
Looking at the complete log instead of the summary :
- [06/27/2017 13:53:07 1852006] INFO (upgrade_utils:853) [ONF Check] FAILED: The check failed on the following management nodes: ['ovcamn06r1', 'ovcamn05r1'].
"ObjectNotFoundException" is found in /u01/app/oracle/ovm-manager-3/machine1/base_adf_domain/servers/AdminServer/logs/AdminServer.log*"ObjectNotFoundException" is found in /u01/app/oracle/ovm-manager-3/machine1/base_adf_domain/servers/AdminServer/logs/AdminServer.log*
