[PCA 2.x] Pre-upgrade Check Reports "[ONF Check] FAILED" whereas Management Nodes Appear to be Healthy (Doc ID 2281581.1)

On Private Cloud Appliance, when running the pre-upgrade checks for a 2.3.X upgrade, the following check is marked as failed in the log files :

However, usual symptoms of ObjectNotFoundExceptions being reported in AdminServer.log such as a white screen after attempting to log on to the VM Manager is not witnessed.
