UEK4 "Kernel panic - not syncing: Fatal exception" occured when aacraid adapter is getting initialized during the server bootup time (Doc ID 2282080.1)

Symptoms

While trying to boot using the UEK4 kernel, the server failed to bootup with  the "Kernel panic - not syncing: Fatal exception". This happens when the aacraid adapter is getting initialized during the server bootup time. This issue is not seen with Redhat compatible kernel or UEK3.
