Newly Provisioned LUN Cannot Be Seen In The 2 Added Computes After "Refresh SAN Server" in Oracle VM Manager (Doc ID 2283317.1)

Newly provisioned LUN REPO_LUN1 cannot be seen in the 2 added computes ovcacn11r1,ovcacn12r1 in PCA cluster but can be seen in existing compute nodes  ovcacn10r1  after refresh 'SAN Server' on Oracle VM manager UI.

From Oracle VM Manager log, it reported job of 'Refresh Storage Layer for Server' for old existing compute node ovcacn10r1 like below, but no job of '  Refresh Storage Layer for Server' for new added compute nodes  ovcacn11r1,ovcacn12r1.
