Symptoms
OHASD Fails to start on Oracle UEK4 kernel.
When trying to start the OHASD (Oracle High Availability Service Daemon), it fails with the following messages can be seen in the cluster logs even though the kernel version is 4.1.12-61.1.18.el7uek.x86_64.
Changes
Recently updated the kernel from UEK3/UEK2 to UEK4. Or while doing a fresh installation on UEK4 kernel-4.1.12-61.1.18.el7uek.x86_64.
