Installation of Packages Fails Requiring 'glibc' as Missing Dependency

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When performing a yum installation of any RPM that requires "glibc" package as dependency, it fails complaining as missing dependency even though the package is installed。
The system has been configured with Ksplice.
