Symptoms

After adding storage devices, the following udev errors are seen in /var/log/messages:

Jul 7 13:04:40 host1 udevd-work[29671]: error opening ATTR{/sys/devices/virtual/bdi/251:2/queue/scheduler} for writing: No such file or directory
