On Oracle Private Cloud Appliance, when attempting to reprovision a compute node after one of :

manual alteration of the Node Database e.g. advancing states
motherboard replacement on the compute node without following procedure properly

The compute node provisioning fails at : initializing_stage_config_networks

The /var/log/ovca.log will contain errors such as:
