[ PCA ] The Pre-Upgrade check script fails with "(upgrade_utils:853) [YUM Repo Check] FAILED:" and "Exception [No section: 'product'] received while processing management node. received while processing compute node ovcacnXXr1"

Symptoms
On Oracle Private Cloud Appliance, when running the pre-upgrade automated checks using the pre_upgrade_check.sh script located in the scripts/ subfolder of the Private Cloud Appliance ISO, the following check fails :
- [07/12/2017 01:02:24 2023733] INFO (upgrade_utils:853) [YUM Repo Check] FAILED: The check failed on the following nodes: ['ovcacn08r1', 'ovcacn09r1', 'ovcacn07r1', 'ovcacn12r1', 'ovcacn10r1', 'ovcacn13r1', 'ovcacn11r1'].
Please note that in this case all compute nodes are reported by this error.
Additionally, the following message gets logged, one line per compute node :
- Exception [No section: 'product'] received while processing management node. received while processing compute node ovcacn08r1
