Last updated on MAY 25, 2020

Applies to:

Oracle VM - Version 3.3.3 and later
Oracle Cloud Infrastructure - Version N/A and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

After an Oracle VM database rebuild, some Solaris virtual machines only show 16 disks in the VM editor. (Right click the VM in the tab 'Servers and VMs' ,  Perspective 'Virtual Machines'  and select edit)
However, other disks are seen in 'Servers and VMs' , Perspective 'Virtual machines', 'Disks' tab but with high slot numbers : 8000, 8001.
These disks cannot be removed from the VM with the editor as it only shows slot 0 to 15.
