Oracle VM Server Boots Into Grub After Using Ovsresize (Doc ID 2287775.1)

Symptoms

After trying to resize the boot and root partition on OVS server 3.3.3  using the ovsresize tool the server fails to boot properly, the script runs without any issue but the problem is seen after trying to reboot the server.

After using the ovsresize tool the server only boots into grub command line.

Changes

Boot and Root partitions were resized using the ovsresize as indicated on <Document 2123947.1>.
