[PCA 2.x] [OVMM Model DB Check] Fails with "Default pool file system name should be: Pool filesystem for Rack1_ServerPool" (Doc ID 2290408.1)

Symptoms

 On Oracle Private Appliance, when upgrading from a version equal or lower to 2.2.2 to 2.3.1 or higher, when running the sub python script manually as recommended by Note :

• [ PCA ] Pre-check "[OVMM Model DB Check] FAILED: The check failed on the following management nodes: ['ovcamn05r1']." fails without clear root cause (Doc ID 2284307.1)

The script rejects the current OVMM Model DB with the following kind of output :
