Goal

This document describes how to create an IP-in-IP (IPIP) tunnel on Oracle Linux (OL) between two machines (host-to-host) or between two sites (site-to-site).

We will begin with a basic tunneling example for host-to-host before extending it to cover site-to-site.  The principles for tunneling remains the same throughout.
