How To Show Full VM Name With Xentop Command (Doc ID 2294404.1)

Last updated on MAY 26, 2021

Applies to:

Oracle VM - Version 3.4.1 and later
Oracle Cloud Infrastructure - Version N/A and later
Private Cloud Appliance - Version 2.2.2 to 2.2.2 [Release 2.0]
Linux x86-64

By default, the output of "xm top" or "xentop" only show 10 characters for the "NAME" entry.

But Oracle VM guest use 32 characters UUID as name, so the output truncate the uuid.
