NVME Disks Become In-accesssible After OVM Server Upgrade to 3.4.3 (Doc ID 2296571.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading to Oracle VM Server 3.4.3 version, NVMe (Non Volatile Memory express) devices will not be available for the guests as shown in the Oracle VM manager's UI.

On the Oracle VM Server, all device entries like /dev/disk/by-id/nvme* will be missing.

Also, from the "udevadm info -q all -n /dev/nvme1n1" command, NVMe device will not show /dev/disk/by-id/nvme* paths, instead it will just show /dev/block and /dev/disk/by-path paths:
