[OVM 3.4] Error in ovs-agent.log "Job Does Not Complete (Doc ID 2297440.1)

Symptoms

In OVM manager 3.4.x UI, when you make changes like modifying network object or refresh storage array. The job does not complete.

There is not any related error in AdminServer.log, however in ovs-agent.log you see:
