Symptoms

 On Oracle Private Cloud Appliance, when running a Compute Node upgrade, the following message may be appearing at the time the upgrade is processing the change of repositories :

Task terminated.

On the other hand, the compute node is not marked as being DEAD/dead and remains running :

Please carefully review the /var/log/ovs-agent.log to determine what went wrong during the upgrade of the compute node.
