Oracle VM: T7-1 Sparc Server, shows "Cluster: NO" in Server Abilities

Symptoms
A Sparc Server T7-1 shows "Cluster: No" in the Server Abilities, look this image:
This is how a good server looks like:
Also if the server is tried to be added to a Server pool it is going to fail with this message in the manager:
OVMRU_004015E This operation requires this ability: Clusters, but it is not available on server: XXXXXXX. [Fri Sep 01 16:41:40 EDT 2017]
In the manager logs this message is showed:
<XXXXX> <AdminServer> <Odof Tcp Client Thread: /127.0.0.1:54321/105> <
And the Job fails.

Upgrade/Update of the OS Solaris in the Server.
