Why appeard "APEI Generic Hardware Error Source: 0" error in /var/log/message? (Doc ID 2305961.1)

Symptoms

The Hardware Error message is continuously appearing in the /var/log/message file as shown below.
The customer requested to analyze the reason why the hardware error message continuously occurs in the message file.
