Symptoms

The /var/log/messages are full of the following messages :

May 14 03:50:27 <host> kernel: net_ratelimit: 56 callbacks suppressed
May 14 03:50:37 <host> kernel: net_ratelimit: 8 callbacks suppressed
May 14 03:50:57 <host> kernel: net_ratelimit: 9 callbacks suppressed
May 14 03:51:07 <host> kernel: net_ratelimit: 9 callbacks suppressed
May 14 03:51:27 <host> kernel: net_ratelimit: 40 callbacks suppressed
May 14 03:51:57 <host> kernel: net_ratelimit: 26 callbacks suppressed
May 14 03:52:07 <host> kernel: net_ratelimit: 13 callbacks suppressed
May 14 03:52:27 <host> kernel: net_ratelimit: 12 callbacks suppressed
