Cobbler Service Fails to Start with the Error "NoCobblerTokenException" While Setting up Spacewalk Server (Doc ID 2306392.1)

Symptoms

Cobbler service doesn't start while setting up Spacewalk server, found below error.

Setup doesn't go past beyond this step, and it seems taskomatic and cobblerd service doesn't start properly.
