Attempting to remove a Compute Node from a Tenant Group fails with "(SERVER_001): Exception while trying to remove the server ovcacnXXr1 from tenant group YY : ovcacnXXr1 is not a member of the Tenant Group YY" (Doc ID 2306471.1)

Symptoms

On Oracle Private Cloud Appliance, when trying to remove a compute node from a tenant group, the operation fails with an error message similar to :

 

However, when reviewing the tenant-group in the pca-admin database, it does have that compute node :
