[ PCA ] Adding a compute node to a network fails with "Exception while trying to add network YY to compute node ovcacnXXr1: The haSupported field of the server is True even after adding and deleting a vnic"

On Private Cloud Appliance, all releases allowing the use of custom networks, when attempting to add a given compute node to a custom network, the command fails with an error similar to :
PCA> add network vm_public2_vlan ovcacn14r1
Error Message: Error (NETWORK_000): Exception while trying to add network vm_public2_vlan to compute node ovcacn14r1: The haSupported field of the server is True even after adding and deleting a vnic on server ovcacn14r1. Creating a non xsigo-HA bonded vnic is not supported at this point. Failing vnic creation.
