Oracle VM: Guest VM Crashed at RIP: xennet_open+0x2e/0x170 [xen_netfront]

Symptoms

During the boot-up, the guest vm (with kernel '4.1.12-103.3.8.el7uek.x86_64') crashes at xennet_open+0x2e/0x170 [xen_netfront]:

The error below can be shown on putty console, but it will not be recorded in /var/log/messages on the guest vm after crash happen:
