[ PCA ] How to recreate ixgbe1 on the internal ZFS's head 1 when it has been mistakenly deleted (Doc ID 2322547.1)

Goal

 On Oracle Private Cloud Appliance, if the interface ixgbe1 have been deleted, any attempt to upgrade the Private Cloud Appliance will fail. This note outlines how to recreate this interface to match factory default.
