Oracle VM Manager admin user Account Locked

Applies to:Oracle VM - Version 3.3.1 and later
On Oracle VM Manager 3.3.x version, admin user password was recently changed and it got changed successfully.
But user is not able to login to Oracle VM Manager GUI and CLI with admin account.
Login fails with "Login is denied.".
