[PCA] Kernel Parameters are Missing when Upgraded Compute Node to PCA 2.3.1

Symptoms
Following required kernel configurations are missing when a compute node upgrade from previous version to PCA CN 2.3.1.
1. swiotlb=131072, In order to use jumbo frames with any network interface card on an Oracle VM Server, the swiotlb kernel parameter should be increased to 131072 on PCA compute node by setting swiotlb=131072 in the kernel boot line in GRUB config file.
2. rdloaddriver=scsi_dh_alua, Internal ZFS storage relays on alua, apply alua kernel parameter as the best practice in PCA
