After initial discovery of a PCA rack from Enterprise manager 13c or upgrade to Enterprise Manger 13.2, many incidents are populated with the following summary.

"Port IBPort[XX] is polling for peer port. This could happen when the cable is unplugged from one of the ends or the other end port is disabled."

Changes

Initial discovery of a PCA rack from Enterprise Manager or Upgrade to Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 13.2.
