[PCA 2.x / OVM] After Rebuilt Oracle VM Manager, All Stopped VMs in Unassigned Virtual Machines Folder (Doc ID 2326208.1)

Symptoms

When re-generating the Oracle VM database e.g. using :

[ PCA ] How to Restore an Oracle VM Manager Database (including User-Friendly Names) On a Private Cloud Appliance (Doc ID 2224820.1)

All the VMs which were not started are missing from their respective compute nodes and are now in the Unassigned Virtual Machines folder in Oracle VM Graphical User Interface.

Changes

 Re-generation of the Oracle VM Manager Database.
