Install Oracle VM Manager Failed "shell-init: error retrieving current directory: getcwd: cannot access parent directories: No such file or directory" (Doc ID 2327097.1)

Symptoms

Oracle VM Manager install / upgrade process fails.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Attach ISO to host. It will auto-mount ISO to "/run/media/root/"

2. Go to the ISO auto mounted directory, "/run/media/root/OVMManagerInstaller3.4.1_b1052", then type "./createOracle.sh && ./runInstaller.sh" to install OVMM.

3. The process failed with below errors :
